A product is eligible for exchange if:
1. A purchase receipt is available.
2. The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and has not been used.
3. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
Procedure for Returning or Exchanging a Product of Proper Quality:

3. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange within three business days.

Returns and exchanges can be made via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, as well as at our physical address:

Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product.
